Brrring brrring! With all the recent
excitement of the tour de france and the weather suddenly brightening up a bit, we are keen as mustard to get out on the bike a bit more! Except no yellow jerseys or spandex here, we prefer floral attire please.

Vintage style bicycles are all the rage at the moment. More and more girls in Australia are following in suit of their European friends, who would think nothing of fluttering around on their shiny cruiser bikes with wicker baskets full of crusty baguettes and fresh tulips.

Many local bicycle shops stock new vintage style bicycles. Or if you prefer the real thing check out gumtree or ebay for a reconditioned retro bike.

Watches are an often overlooked and underrated fashion accessory. UK online store Twisted Time specialise in selling quirky and funky watches.

This great japanese style watch called the Takumi (IDEA) watch turns a graphic pixelated  computer icom image into a real stand out time piece.

Twisted Time also sells the quirky Mr Jones Watches such as the 'Cyclops'. Instead of using the traditional hour and minute hands, each hour is represented by a different coloured circle, the black hoop gradually passes over each circle to indicate the time.

LittleRedLantern aka Simone is a fresh jewellery designer from Sydney NSW. Simone designs necklaces, earrings and brooches that are modern, simple and clean. She specialises in laser cut modern wooden jewellery.

Each piece is laser cut out of MDF and finished with a beautiful natural beech coloured timber veneer. We think her wooden initial necklace (letter w) and wooden hot air balloon brooch are delightful.
