These three embroideries by artist Jillian Tamiki are lovely. Jillian was commissioned by Penguin Books to re-create the famous covers of classic books such as Black Beauty, Emma and the Secret Garden. All three book covers were embroidered by hand using needle and thread over the course of two months. Penguin Books took prints of the original embroideries and have used them as special addition covers. They will surely take pride of place on any book-lover's shelf.
